They cannot be considered as legal advice, canvassing, solicitation and/or offer of service, nor as a contractual guarantee of any kind nor as constituting any contractual guarantee offered by FWPA in the course of its business

3. General Terms of Use (GTU) – Privacy Policy – Personal Data
Compliance with GTU and Update: By using this Site, you agree to the terms of the General Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. FWPA may change the content of this page at any time without notice. The user is therefore invited to consult it regularly.
Access to the Site: You agree to access this Site from a standard browser on a computer, smartphone or tablet, or any other digital item. You also agree not to damage, disable or overburden the Site or interfere with any third party’s use of the Site.

FWPA is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party websites. It is your responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect your own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet. You may create and publish a link towards the Site after having been authorized by FWPA.

Legal basis for processing and recipient of personal data:  When completing and sending the contact form or using the email contact, you express your consent to the processing of your personal data. FWPA, unless legally required to do so, does not seek to disclose your personal data, whether free or paid. FWPA’s social media accounts (see below) may also collect your personal data ; in this case, FWPA is not responsible.
Your rights: You have the right notably to access, erase and rectify your personal data.
You can exercise these rights by postal mail by making a request to: Selarl FWPA, 18 rue de Pyramides F-75001 Paris. In case of any serious doubt regarding your identity, FWPA may request a copy of your ID.
Retention period: The data is kept for 3 years from the last incoming contact from you, if you are not listed as a client of FWPA.
Supervisory authority: after having tried unsuccessfully to solve any data issue with FWPA, individuals may file a complaint to the French supervisory authority called the CNIL 

4. Intellectual property rights
The elements contained in this Site, such as trademarks, texts, presentations, illustrations, photographs, databases, are protected by intellectual property rights, including those arising from applicable international law. Hence, any reproduction or representation, even partial, of these elements, for other purposes than a private use, on any support whatsoever, and without prior express and written authorization of FWPA is forbidden, and constitutes a counterfeit, likely to engage the civil and/or penal liability of its author, with regards to the content of the code of intellectual property. Other distinctive signs, in particular the domain names reproduced on the Site, are the property of FWPA or third parties, and any reproduction without express written authorization of their owner, is likely to constitute an act of unfair competition which may engage the responsibility of its author on the basis of article 1240 of the French civil code.
